Sustainability is very important to us. The fashion industry is the biggest polluter in the world, and it is only getting worse with the increase of fast fashion and the overconsumption of goods. Here are a few of the things we are doing to reduce the negative impact we have on the planet: - Print on demand (this is where we produce our products only once the orders are made. This reduces waste as 100% of the garments we make are sold, and we don't have to dispose of any unsold product). -All of our products are vegan. We don't use any animal products in our garments or inks. -Our inks are OEKO-TEX® certified (OKEO-TEX certification is one of the world’s leading labels for textile safety, and it proves that the certified products are free from hazardous chemicals). -We have partnered with Native to carbon offset our production and packaging (CO2 offsetting is a practice of funding projects that reduce or absorb CO2 emissions related to personal or business activities). -When possible, any returned/damaged products that aren't perfect enough for resale will be donated to charity. -We are working on more ways to increase our sustainability, like switching to fabrics which have higher compositions of organic or recycled materials. This process is ongoing and we will continue to strive to make our products as sustainable as possible.

Freaky frog was conceptualised by a female designer who was fed up with the selection of womens t-shirts and the gender bias towards funny quirky designs for men, and simple or plain t-shirts for women. Humour and quirkiness has no gender, and everyone should have access to clothes that help them to express themselves and make them feel great. Amazingly, some frogs are able to change their sex in response to their environment. At Freaky Frog, we have changed clothes to not be defined by gender at all. Also, our designs are pretty dope.

Currently we only ship to mainland UK, but we are working on finding a sustainable way to ship to other countries without increasing the shipping miles too much.

Generally, you should expect your products to be delivered within a week. Actual shipping usually takes 3-5 working days, however our products are made to order so it can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks for your order to arrive. Please be aware of this if ordering as a gift for a special occasion as we don't offer refunds for orders that take over a week to arrive. We get it, S/M/L sizes vary between brands. Especially confusing when it's unisex. We got you. At the bottom of this (and every) page is a link to our size guide. You can also find a link on each product page. This guide will help you measure yourself to get the best recommended fit. However if you want an oversized/tighter look then feel free to mix it up to match your style. We also have included the size each of our models is wearing in the product shots to help you get an idea of size and fit.

Our team of magical elves sit in a darkened room listening to heavy metal and eating gummy bears until they are possessed by the mystical beast of creativity who takes hold of their body and creates their wondrous designs. They awake days later to find pages of sketches and strange piles of glitter and leaves. These sketches are then taken by our human designer who transforms them into printable designs for human t-shirts and hoodies.

We believe that our products have no gender, so we don't want to restrict our customers or tell them which designs are/n't suitable for them. Your wardrobe is a reflection of you, and we believe you should wear what makes you happy, and not be dictated to by the likes of us. Our t-shirts and hoodies all have a casual fit and will look great on anyone, regardless of gender or body type. We also try to be as inclusive as we can with our product sizes and make each product available in every size that our supplier is able to provide. As our brand grows, we are looking to extend the range of sizes our designs are available in as we strive to be as inclusive as possible.

Glad you asked! As we are a small indie brand and we don't hold stock of any of our items, we can't offer refunds for any non-faulty items or misplaced orders. This is because all of our products are made to order. However if you want to cancel your order before we've started production then send us a quick email so we can cancel/change your order. We do of course offer free returns for any items that arrive damaged or faulty, so just send us a quick email so we can sort it out for you.
